Unforgettable experience! Definitely add this to your list of places not to miss. Words and pictures can not capture how phenomenal an experience you will have with Nova. The tasting... read more rooms are unlike anything we have experienced before. Do not be fooled that this location is in Geneva versus on the vineyard. I planned a special surprise birthday wine trip for my mom and her friends in the finger lakes. We had tasted Trestle 31 wine before and really liked it so we were excited to have a private tasting with Nova. Little did my mom and her friends know how special it really was going to be. Not only was the wine and charcuterie amazing, it was obvious how much thought and artistic talent went into the décor and even down to the unique water glasses! I rarely write reviews, but I could not let this one slip by. If there were 10 stars I would have definitely marked them all. Nova is truly talented in so many ways and you will be so glad that you visited Trestle 31! We will be back Nova and thank you thank you so so much for everything you did for my mom and her friends.
This place was on my bucket list for summer activities and I finally visited yesterday. The tasting lounge space is incredibly comfortable. They have some different setups depending on what... read more the customer's preferences are, and the tasting options are fairly varied for a small location. My friend and I got the cheese and wine tasting option and were incredibly satisfied. The plate they presented us with was gorgeous and everything tasted wonderful. The wines are on the dryer side, but we were especially impressed by the 2020 Chardonnay, which was different from any other Finger Lakes Chardonnay that we have tried. The hosts were informative and friendly and willing to chat with us about all of the different ways that they make wine. It was incredibly fascinating to hear about how climate and weather, and methodology affects the flavor. They were also very willing to accommodate our requests to stay a little bit longer and try some of their library collection, which was a great study in comparing different years of wine and different flavors and how it all comes together. Really enjoyed our time here.
Trestle 31 is a quaint boutique winery with four offerings that stand out as gems in the Finger Lakes wine region. The Rose featured strawberry aromas and bright acidity, and... read more the Chardonnay was rich and creamy.
Wine tasting and comparing a few different vintages of NYS Reslings. With wine information on vintages.
We walked into this place expecting a simple wine tasting. Little did we know the treat we were in for. We were sat in a comfortable private room and Byron... read more was our server/wine connoisseur. He was attentive and informational and made the experience memorable. He gave us great recommendations around the area. 10/10 would recommend stopping here. Awesome atmosphere, amazing charcuterie and even better staff!
Went to grab some wine and had a great time! Scheduling online is very easy (they use tock). They do wine tasing (multiple kinds) and even cheese tastings. Right now... read more they had a lot of Rieslings and chardonnays. All of the wine was excellent! They even described the wines to us in detail. The space is super cute and in a good location (right downtown in Geneva). They don't have a lot of space, so be sure to book online if you want to reserve your spot! The space is unique with a few different rooms that were super cozy. We had a great time and can't wait to return!

Very nice and clean apartment right in the heart of downtown Geneva. Conveniently within walking distance to all the local restaurants and bars. We did a wine tasting... read more at checkin at Trestle thirty one and really enjoyed our tasting with host Susan. Only issue was some loud noises from the apartment next door, but nothing the host can do about that. Despite that, we would return again and recommend the unit.
The apartment is beautifully restored, very clean, and in the heart of town. As the listing describes, it is within walking distance of the lakefront and visitor's center and a... read more wealth of restaurants and bars. The kitchen is well stocked, although I would recommend adding a microwave. The Nespresso with the trademarked pods was a very nice addition. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The bedrooms do get stuffy if the weather is warm, so one must make use of the large fans. Also, the steps leading up to the apartment and to the bedrooms on the top floor are very steep, so bear this in mind if you have any difficulty with steps. The staircase to the bedrooms is also very narrow and has a low head clearance. I found parking a bit confusing. The instructions lead you behind the building, but I did not find many 10-hour spots there, just short-term parking. It is better to enter the lot off Exchange Street slightly north of the building. Generally, we were pleased.
We couldn’t have had a better place to stay during our trip to the Finger Lakes! The location of the Airbnb was perfect and walkable to restaurants, stores, and even... read more the park located right on the water. The Airbnb had everything we could have needed, including extra sets of towels, an extra blanket in each bedroom, blackout curtains in one bedroom, and standing fans in both bedrooms. We did a tasting at Trestle Thirty One downstairs, where we had a fantastic experience with the co-hosts of the Airbnb. We highly recommend this to anyone staying in Geneva!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Travelled with my family and everyone felt very comfortable - the small ones to the adults. Our location during our stay could not... read more be beat! We were close to it all…lake views, great dining out, night life plus more. We would definitely stay again! P.S. Two thumbs up on the coffee for us!
Great location in the center of Geneva. Perfect for 70.3 Ironman Musselman. Open space, comfortable beds and good kitchen. Two things to keep in mind. One,... read more there are two sets of stairs (one to get to the apartment and one to get to bedrooms) which is difficult if mobility is an issue. These stairs are steep and narrow. Second, the only bathroom is in the first level, which means, having to take the stairs to use it in the middle of the night a bit of a hassle.
Besides these, the place is awesome. Many restaurants with great food and the lake only a 5 minute walk. Definitely will stay here again nest time I race in Geneva.
Nova’s apartment was exactly as described. Everything was clean and the location was great. We didn’t need to communicate much but they did seem responsive and clear on the communication... read more we did have. Check in and check out we’re simple and straight forward. The location is in walking distance to the lake and lots of restaurants and there was plenty of parking. One thing to note, while not related to the apartment directly, the majority of the restaurants are closed on Mondays which we did not expect.
As other reviews mentioned, the only downside was the bedrooms got very warm at night (the outside temps were probably higher than normal during our visit so may not be in issue if temps are more normal). A fan in the rooms would probably help.
My friends and I had an amazing stay! The place was so easy to find and had so much to do in the area. Unfortunately the weekend we came there... read more was lots of rain but Nova’s place has the Threstle Thirty One winery below the loft and we met some amazing people there who taught us so much about the wine we were tasting. I would highly recommend!
Greatly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment close to everything! Check out Trestle 31 (owned by host) downstairs—amazing wines, charcuterie, and atmosphere. Need to be able to navigate stairs... read more and somewhat narrow stairway to bedrooms from main level which is already on second floor. Good railings. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and beds—one set higher, one lower. Well stocked, full kitchen we didn’t get a chance to use. Plenty to explore (interesting shops, restaurants, bars, lakefront, and more) within walking distance and a great base for wine country, parks and outdoor activities, and Seneca Falls. Would definitely return!

Unless you want to drive to other areas around the lake (which I highly recommend) you won't need your car once you've parked upon your arrival. Nova also did a great job of providing a thorough list of things to do in the area which made planning much easier.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars had to do with the air conditioning in the apartment. Since the thermostat is downstairs, while the bedrooms are upstairs, the A/C did a great job of cooling the downstairs (living room, kitchen, bathroom), but not so much upstairs (bedrooms). Both nights it was very warm upstairs and this made it a bit difficult to sleep (I like it cool when I sleep). The only decent solution appeared to be to turn the A/C very low (mid-60s) on the thermostat downstairs, which made upstairs somewhat bearable.
