Trestle 31 Has Arrived!

Dear Friends,

I know many of you have been following our journey from the beginning, almost 15
years ago. Many others may have just joined us. Either way we are happy you have
decided to be part of our amazing journey. We are so excited to announce the
inaugural vintage release of Trestle Thirty One 2015 Finger Lakes Riesling.
This comes after many years of hard work and is our first wine. It is truly dry (0 g/L
RS) with intense minerality and floral notes with a backbone of zesty acid. It is
developing beautifully in the bottle and is just now entering a point where it can be
enjoyed.

This is not a simple wine. We felt it was best for you and for your enjoyment
of the wine to hold off offering it for sale until it was ready to be released.
There are only 120 cases of this beautiful and unique wine which is available to our
club list on a first come, first serve basis for $29 per 750 mL bottle. To secure your
allocation, please fill out the order form at the bottom of this email and return it to
info@Trestle31.com. You can call our office number (315) 521- 7448 if you would like
personal assistance.

All orders can be picked up from us in the Finger Lakes. If you wish to have your
order shipped and you live in NY or CA we can arrange shipping, weather permitting,
for a small additional fee. We cannot ship to states outside of NY or CA. We will be
announcing shortly a partnership with an incredible online retailer. This will allow us
to help our club members who are outside of our current shipping area.

Thank you so much for supporting our journey! We can’t wait to see where we go in
the future.

Sincerely,

Brian and Nova Cadamatre

I read about your wine in WineSpectator.com. I have a friend in Colorado who sends me California reds and I send him Finger Lakes whites, usually Riesling. Will you be shipping to Colorado in the future?

Also, I live near Mendon. Can wine be picked up at your location?
